Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: April 25, 2026

1. Merchant of Record

All payments for HaulSheet subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, our designated merchant of record. Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, and related customer service on our behalf. HaulSheet never stores or processes your payment card details directly.

2. Free Trial

HaulSheet offers a 7-day free trial with no payment required to start. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page in the app, or by contacting us at support@haulsheet.com.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be billed again after that date. Access to paid features continues until the period ends.

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or data. To permanently delete your account, use the "Delete account" option in Settings.

4. Refund Policy

General: All subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated below or as required by applicable law. Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period are not provided.

Eligible refund circumstances: You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge or billing system error).
  • You experienced a material service outage that prevented you from using HaulSheet for an extended period and you notified us promptly.
  • Applicable law in your jurisdiction requires a refund right (e.g., EU consumer cooling-off period within 14 days of first purchase where digital content has not been accessed).

To request a refund, contact us at support@haulsheet.com within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.

5. Account Deletion

If you delete your account, your subscription is cancelled immediately. No refund is issued for the unused portion of the current billing period. All your data is permanently deleted 30 days after account deletion.

6. Plan Changes

If you switch between monthly and annual plans, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle plan changes.
